Comfy stopover just for a night with the atmosphere of a large conference hotel.

Centrally located in the vicinity of many Puglian highlights. Good base for the surroundings.

Comfortable hotel when hiring a car and value for money

The breakfast had vast selection. Location is superb when hiring car, a large parking is available. Beds are comfortable. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Room had smoking smell. TV channels do not work. AC was on heating and could not be changed, the room was too hot and when opening the window alot of mosquitos enter so not ideal.

Great value for money, just dont expect a 4star experience

Lovely staff everywhere! Had one pasta which was decent.

Aircon can only be controlled by calling reception each time. Dont pick the place for the breakfast, its just stale bread and overcooked eggs. Everything is a bit run down and it lost its shine, but price was accordingly.

Amazing breakfast (tasty and unlimited) , good location , great value for money

Excelent breakfast with a large variety of food and drinks, large and free private parking area , helpful and polite reception staff , large green outdoor areas, comfortable standard rooms , comfy beds, elevator for the upper floors, good and strategic location , close to Polignano A Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo; next door to a DINOPARK ; when we opend our window in the morning we coud see a few turli buildings in the area nearby, great value for money, it's ok if you travel by car. We would definitely stay here again.

I was hopping for the pool to be open, but is was closed on 20th of Sept 2024 , at 28-30 C degrees I think it still could be open, I understand the philosophy of offseason in Italy but it was just a wishfull thinking :-) . Maybe is a good ideea not to promote a hotel with pool pictures in the offseason if the pool is closed. WiFi signal was poor on the upper floors. The building needs some renovations outside, even in the rooms, but overall the hotel is ok.

Adequate 3 star property

Breakfast was better than most Italian establishments that only serve coffee and croissant.

Property was much older than we believed. It needs a serious upgrade to be a 4 star property. Also, the location was a bit on the outskirts.

Great value for money, clean and very comfortable hotel with a pool to cool off after trips.

Upgraded us to a suite. Room was clean,and spacious. The hotel had large green outdoor areas, very nice pool and a terrific breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel did not have a coffee jug, and did not provide hot water for our DIY late night coffee.

Convenient, comfortable, bargain

Breakfast was very good considering it was included in a very reasonable room price. Location was convenient for exploring to Matera, Alberobello, Polignan a mare, Locotorondo etc. Rooms were really large and very clean. Dinner in the restaurant was very reasonable 30euro for a 4 course Italian set menu, food was excellent.

Wi-Fi signal was poor on the upper floors, hotel bar wasn’t open as out of season. Some areas of the hotel look a little shabby on the outside, but for the price it was excellent.

Reasonable price, especially on week days

Old fashioned hotel. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Reasonable price. Free parking. Polite stuff. Plenty of towels. They bring new ones every day.

A bit out of town. It was on walkable distance but not close. The hotel needs renovation. The carpets are very old. The pool misses few tiles. There wasn't any vegetables at breakfast, but there were plenty of pastries, cakes, fruits and other sweets.

Very Good

We've been here off-season, so on one side many services didn't seem like being active, on the other side we got a good value for the money. Room is spacious enough, bed is comfy, staff is nice, breakfast selection is good for a few days stay. The hotel is in the outskirt of Castellana, so it's not really practical to walk anywhere, but on the other side it offers a big parking lot for free. But in this area you'll anyway have a car and can get anywhere easily, so it's still a recommended place, if you get a good offer!

Maybe because of end of season, A/C seemed to be disabled and the room got a bit warm in the afternoons. In the night an opened window was just enough to keep nice temperature, but there's no mosquito net installed on the windows, so we ended up with many of bites in the morning (we didn't expect those many at that height, so we didn't use the curtain either). Also the rooms seem to be a bit outdated and lacking some maintenance, considering it's a 4-star hotel, but for the price I don't complain even for a minute.
